Hammer down

Real estate and renovation is the easy way.  My reno interests are a little deeper in that I lean towards rehabilitation and restoration.  Maybe I’d make some money if I looked at quick flips.  I’m a bad investor but my soulful projects are good for the soul, and that is worth its weight in gold.
